I have gone here for different things and they have always delivered. Their customer service is excellent, they know their stuff, the turnover time is very reasonable, the cost is very fair, and he is also very patient with this older lady’s questions!
I had an excellent experience with eFX Computer and Phone Repair. From the start, they were upfront and transparent about the issues with my computer. After purchasing the new graphics card and motherboard I needed, I returned for the repair and was pleasantly surprised that they honored the initial fee I had already paid, without charging me extra. It’s rare these days to find a business that values honesty and integrity the way they do. eFX is truly run by people you can trust, and that means a lot. Highly recommend!
Just worked with eFX Computer and Fernando, and they replaced my ipad's glass (digitizer) quickly and efficiently. I am not suprised to see such good reviews for this place: they are friendly, honest and easy to work with. They even sent a text and photo showing the completed work before the designated pick up time.
