We were having trouble with our water softener. Anthony Sheets told us it died; plus our well needs to be shocked. Gave us options to pursue. Come to find out, we know Anthony through our son who graduated together. Anthony is a great guy, very personable and very knowledgeable.
Jackson was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns. He left, came back in a few minutes to tell me there was someone in my area that could be over shortly to give me an estimate. Outstanding employee.
I had an issue with an GFCI outlet tripping last night and was able to speak to people at Bassett Services immediately. They talked through what happened and asked questions to make sure everything was safe. They got me scheduled early this morning (next day) to take care of the issue. Tommie was my technician and he was great! He was quick, efficient, talked through the repairs being done, and was very respectful through the entire process. Bassett’s response was quick and they were very affordable as well. I asked Tommie for a quote for another project and he got it done right after completing the work this morning. Austin was super friendly and knowledgeable. The job was not as straight forward as expected but he quickly improvised and didn’t seem to be bothered by it at all.
