I have been using Econex since 2019, but the service has been declining. I used to have the same technician every time, but after he left, a different technician shows up on each visit. The technicians don’t seem very experienced, as they only spend about 10 minutes spraying the perimeter of my home. We have many spider webs around, yet they never take the time to de-web them. And I need to keep reminding them to check the bait stations and glue traps. Additionally, they introduced a new policy requiring customers to leave their property for two to three hours during interior treatments. I was never informed about this. When I mentioned it to one of the technicians during a visit, they said they couldn’t proceed and that I would need to call the office. I’ve been trying to reach them all month, but they never answer or return my calls. I have already paid for the service, but it remains unfinished. Is this company a scam?
