Shopped around for a bit for someone to come and take a look at our very old, and very unmaintained fireplace and chimney until we found Eco Grizzly. Making an appointment with them was extremely simple and straightforward. Jack, the technician they sent, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and was very helpful and thoroughly explained what work needed to be done and why. Very reasonably priced and not looking to upsell anything, so we will definitely be working with them in the future.
