Excellent work and customer service, we have a water damage in our home, at first the insurance don’t want to cover some Item but ECM got in touch with our insurance adjuster and start talking about the repairs and they agree to the report from ECM CARPENTRY. After all the back and forth between them we are extremely happy with the results. Beautiful Bathroom project. We started looking for a contractor and had some not return the call and one outrageous quote. Erick is great. His price was fair even with everything so expensive anymore. The job was a bathroom remodel and it turned out amazing. There was always good back and forth communication and the job was finished quickly. Erick and his son were respectful of our house and schedule and we would definitely use them again. ECM Carpentry installed a new kitchen for us. We found them from an online search. We had a couple of initial calls and meetings where they provided us with a quote and sketches as well as a clear timeline and expectations of how the project would be handled. We were thrilled with the work that ECM Carpentry did. Our kitchen is fabulous and we love working in it. Erik and his team where always polite and courteous - they were a pleasure to work with. At the end of each work day they tidied and cleaned up and at the end of the project had a cleaner come in and do a thorough clean of our new kitchen. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.
