Earley Drywall & Construction

We used Earley to finish a portion of a basement where some drywall already existed. They replaced other portions of drywall. Working with Don and the team was easy. In their advertisements, they state that they call customers back--and it's true! I was impressed by the first employee that came out to prepare the existing drywall and hang replacement sheets. He greeted me and introduced himself before stepping into the house. He was very professional and friendly. The other employees were also courteous and friendly. The final job came out real nice. They do not call before showing up. I literally ran into one employee at my front door as I was trying to leave. After I decided to cancel my plans and stayed for him to work, the employee advised that they'd be back the next day - but they didn't show. I sat here waiting for 2 days with no communication. When I called and complained 2 days later, the owner chewed me out - saying he's already done and doesn't need to come out. He then sends someone out to me that same night without calling to apologize for calling me a liar or letting me know that someone was coming. Talk about Awesome! Max came over to see what we needed done which was putting drywall on some areas and redoing bathroom ceiling.They called before coming over and once the team, Max,Ben,Parker and Kellen were here they went right to work. I knew all of it was going to look better but the Finished Product Exceeds my Expectations!! They cleaned up after themselves, were polite, friendly and skilled in getting the job done right!

Don & Max are great to work with. The communication and follow through with their company was excellent and the quality of the drywall installation to our home additions, from beginning to end, was exactly what I hoped for. We even had another subcontractor bump into the wall which resulted in their team needing to do a special trip to fix it. No problem, it was done the next day. Don & Max have a great team that takes pride in their work and actually cares about the customer's satisfaction. Without question we would refer them to family and friends.
