My Dyson Supersonic hairdryer stopped working spontaneously and I took it to this shop. The repair service rep took it to the back for approximately 5 minutes and came back saying it was not repairable due to a complete malfunction. My warranty had run out six months ago. I called Dyson and due to this report they were unable to help me or to look at the device. I use my hairdryer about 3-4 times a week, and there was no reason for this "complete failure." I gave it to my husband to look at, who is not a hairdryer repair expert. He watched a few videos on YouTube and ordered 2 parts on amazon and my hairdryer works good as new. Do better Dyson Service Center.
