First, Durocher’s in Sylvania is an absolutely beautiful shopping experience, it’s worth the trip, to just walk through their store and see the awesome decor and great line of Appliances. Rick was our salesperson for most of our shopping experience. He was Great!! (This was our 2nd Purchase from Rick). We visited their showroom first and then communicated through phone and emails to seal the deal :). We live 45 minutes away. Rick worked with us to come up with the most affordable price for our LG Washer and Dryer and I must say we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Also, what really sealed the deal, is that Durocher’s have their own Delivery Crew. The delivery crew was great, they were very efficient, friendly and I can’t tell you what a relief that was!! Durochers has serviced our appliances for 17 years. We have had great service from repairmen on our SubZero refrigerator/freezer, clothes washer and recently from Nolan replacing heat elements in our 1981 Thermador double wall ovens. Each repairman answered all my questions and gave me pointers on using them. Installations went well with attention to detail of our Bosch refrigerator/freezer, cooktop and dishwasher. Durochers is our go to store for appliances with most helpful Katherine who impressed us with her extensive knowledge of various brands when designing our kitchen. Prices are reasonable for high end brands.
