Sean is an excellent repairman!! He is very knowledgeable, and informative. He fixed our oven that quit, fridge handle that broke, and obtained appropriate filter to match the fridge, so that ice will make now. He is kind, easily answers all questions, and quite efficient and quick. They’re always on time to the scheduled time given, and very happy that we selected here to get the kitchen up and running again. Choose here first amongst the other options, you will be pleased that you called here first Service!!!!!

Justin did a great job diagnosing the problem with my dryer, ordering the right part, and fixing it. He was initially able to come to our house within two hours of our calling the office and his follow up service call was on time. Justin was very personable and professional. We will definitely call Duncan next time we have an issue. I highly recommend this service company.

I called Duncan Home Services yesterday (Sunday) as my washing machine was not working correctly. I was able to schedule an appointment and Sean arrived at my home before 8:00am. this morning. He diagnosed the issue with my machine promptly, advised the repair would not be cost effective and it would be better to purchase a new machine. I could not have been more pleased with his honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend Sean and Duncan Home Services and will call them again for any future needs.

Very happy with the services provided by Matt. We had our ice maker replaced and the rubber boot replaced on our front load washer. Matt was very knowledgeable about both appliances and quickly determined what was needed for the repairs. Matt was great to work with, friendly and kept us informed throughout. He even gave suggestions on how to keep the washer boot clean. Definitely recommend Duncan for your appliance repairs.
