I was very impressed how quickly they were able to help my mom get a new AC unit ASAP. I told them the scenario that we don't want to spend a lot cuz my mom will only live in this house for a couple more years before she moves to town so they give us a great deal on something they had used and followed up and made sure everything worked. Very impressed with their customer service and their quick response and it would definitely recommend them to someone else
They stepped up when my mom’s furnace went out just shortly after my dad’s funeral. They were out there the same day with heaters for her, and installed the new furnace and air conditioner the next day- and even donated the outside unit. They understood what we were going through and were so supportive! Thank you Dubas!! Great people!!
They installed my HVAC system originally and it has been very reliable. First repair needed on the air conditioner this summer they were very quick to get here and had it up and running very quickly. Technician was very professional, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you!!!
We were very pleased with the service we got from Dubas Refrigeration. Our air conditioning unit in our attic had to be replaced. The unit lays on its side and was put together after installation which made it a challenging fix during an extremely hot week. My husband was especially impressed that when technicians are on a call and finish, they go to another job to help someone else.
