Everything about this business is awesome! I texted them on a day they were closed not expecting a reply until the next day but they responded within 15 minutes. I took a 2 pairs of dress shoes that were pretty rough to get polished. They had them looking better than new within a day and threw in a free dry cleaning. Highly recommended their business and Adam specifically was amazing!
This place was pretty amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the person that worked on my boots, but I didn’t. My favorite boots went from old and tired to looking almost brand new in 18 minutes. Also. One of the heel soles had broke off. They fixed that too. I was super impressed. I’ve never been this impressed with a shoe cobbler. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family
I bought these Sesto Mucci sandals maybe 20 years ago. I loved them until I literally wore both pairs out through parts of the sole. I tried to replace them, but they just don’t make them like this anymore… unfortunately. To say Dixie Shoe Repair is FANTASTIC, is an understatement. They already get 5 Star reviews and I can see why! It cost $65 per pair for the repair work, but considering the quality and the level of repair work, it has been worth every penny… and they look like new! Thank you so much… you have a fan for life!
