Had an interior French drain installed. The crew that did the work did an incredible job. Very easy to see that they take tremendous pride in their work, which was top quality. Everyone was very friendly and they were communicative throughout the job. They left my basement cleaner than when they got there too! Seems like it is too hard to find people who do the job right, but this Drycrete crew did this and beyond. Cannot recommend them enough should you need a French drain installed.

Your crew was awesome. Alex the crew chief was wonderful during the job. He explained everything as they got started. 7 am on the dot. They worked non stop....and were so respectful of my neighbors property...tarp on the entire driveway where working. The area is cleaner than when the crew started. I had a fantastic experience with Drycrete Waterproofing from start to finish. This company exceeded my expectations from the start, by just answering the phone the first time I called. I had to leave messages with other companies and they never called back. Then it was going to be a month before they could do the quote, due to the volume of business they had in the RI area, but they ended up showing up weeks early to give the quote. Gian came and promised a quote by the following day and sure enough it was there in my email box the very next day. We were really pushing for them to complete the job before our summer vacation, so we could lea... I had a fantastic experience with Drycrete Waterproofing from start to finish. While they could not immediately give us a date before our vacation, they promised they would do everything they could to get it done before our deadline, and they did!! I never even had to follow up. The crew the performed the work was very professional and respectful of our home. They completed the work over the course of two days and they left our basement in excellent shape! I truly was impressed with the entire staff at Drycrete. We have done a lot of home improvements and this is by far the best contractor we have ever worked with! I highly recommend.

We had Drycrete install a new steel bulkhead over our basement stairs, replacing a poorly constructed enclosure built by a prior contractor. Right from the get-go, we noted the strong communication, with timely responses from the office, as well as quick delivery of quotes. We were amazed at how well they not only demolished the prior structure, but repaired the damage caused by the prior contractor. When they had finished pouring concrete for the day, they even offered to use the remainder to mend a lamp post that had toppled, completely unprompted! We were very happy with Ken, Brian, and the whole office, and hope to do business with them...
