Drakes completed a new roof, gutters, and helped us with some indoor repairs including drywall and mold removal. They were amazing with us every step of the way. Starting with the owner, Brian, reaching out to see what our needs were, the salesman, Marc, assisting us with pricing and helping with the roofing crew, the finance manager, Mark, and last but definitely not least, Scooter, who did all our inside work like a champ through all the challenges! They were friendly, professional, and transparent. They are a veteran friendly company. I would definitely recommend them!! Out of 8 companies, they were the most fairly priced for all of our needs, and the only company that recommended we take the old roof material off before putting the new one on with our moisture issues. What a great opportunity I had working with Drake Construction and Restoration! I am so grateful, and blessed to have found them. I waited many years to do this renovation of my 1893 red brick townhome. I needed to find a company that was proficient, exact and accommodating to my needs and support the vision I had for my home. I truly found all of these attributes with Drake Construction. This project reconfigured every room to provide a safe and updated living space that kept the character of the home.
