5 months after my daughter got her screen fixed , she took off her otter box case ( a case that she never take off ) her whole screen was coming off with the case , she put the case back on so her screen wouldn’t fall completely out and when she clamped her case close this is the reaction , but the company don’t think they are liable when your screen shouldn’t just be falling out anyway . This is how the phone looked when it came out of the case and the first picture is how it looked after she put the case back on tho stop the screen from falling out . Dr. Screen Phone Repair – My Phone’s Personal ER! Third time in just a few months (don’t judge me – apparently, gravity and I are still in a toxic relationship). Yesterday I called and told them my phone screen was cracked again. Without missing a beat, they told me to swing by tomorrow around lunch. Sure enough, just a couple of hours after dropping it off, I was back up and running like nothing ever happened. They work fast, they’re friendly, and they never make me feel bad for apparently being a repeat customer. At this point, I think my phone has its own VIP patient file here. I came in and they did a factory reset on my son phone best experience thank God I didn't had to give the phone to the eco system thanks guys

They couldn't help me in the time frame that I needed. I was on my way back to GA, and they had to order a part for my son phone which would have come to late. Other than that, they were very professional and reasonable with their prices
