Dr. Dan’s Appliance Service has already exceeded my expectations — and the technician hasn’t even arrived yet! The customer service alone deserves a glowing review. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to working around my schedule. She managed to get me a next-day appointment at the very last minute, and the speed at which she arranged everything was impressive. The level of professionalism and courtesy I received over the phone was outstanding, and the pricing they quoted was extremely affordable and reasonable — especially for such fast scheduling and accommodation. If this is the standard of service before the technician even shows up, I can already tell I’m in great hands. Highly recommend Dr. Dan’s Appliance Service for their exceptional customer support!

Dan and Ethan repaired my family’s GE washing machine after the motor suddenly failed. Not only did they do a great repair job, they walked me through how best to get the most out of the limited warranty on the washer. After they finished up, they also took the time to let me know how best to care for the washer for the longest use. Highly recommend.

Frank was very knowledgeable but thats as far as it went for me. $125 dollar service call plugged into my washer spun it said nothing is wrong and he didnt recommend any parts. Cool but didnt fix my washer. Had the exact same issue. So I feel like I was scammed out of $125 was told nothing was wrong but yet its doing the exact same thing I complained about over and over. After I even mentioned i had suspension rods replaced few months back. Anyways wont use them again and im trashing this horrible samsung washer.

I'm an older man that has seen my share of appliance repair companies but please believe me when I say that Dr. Dan's Appliance Service is #1. Our dryer had stopped working and based on reviews I chose Dan and it was guided by God. Frank and Dan worked hard to diagnose and fix the dryer. From the girl at the office to Dan and Frank. All were polite and punctual. They are good people that know their stuff. They have impressed me and from this point on, I will recommend to all and will be my first call if I need appliance repair again. Thanks to everyone at Doctor Dan's.
