Downing Septic recently pumped my septic tank. Lance and coworker were thoughtful and careful about where they drove truck on my property. They put garden fencing back which had been moved to access riser. They were very thorough in their work and made sure I was satisfied.

I was stressing for over a month about what i thought was my septic tank issues. I finally made the decision to contact these people. Within minutes they made a professionally educated guess.. and moments later... proved themselves to be right!! They only showed to provide a diagnosis and quote.. but when they showed they provided a cute little folder with a copy of my old septic system map and a copy of the newer systems map! It also contained some cute print outs with some "FYI's" and education materials on septic systems!! I of course gave them the business! I do not regret making this call! Month of stress... gone in minutes... from one call.. and a cool folder with goodies!! Plus.. it was THOUSANDS cheaper than I imagined!!!

Called them out to pump the septic tank after we noticed the lateral field was always soggy and stinking. Lance & Co. came out and pumped/inspected, then educated us on what was causing the problem (spoiler, it wasn't a full tank). Very glad to have their expertise and we'll definitely see them again for the next pump!

Jerry and Lance did a great job while they were out here pumping our septic. They came out in a timely manner, and got the job done quickly. They were very nice, and explained everything very well to us.
