This company was the second company we called. The lady who answered the phone was really pleasant. We got an appointment for two days hence. The guy who came out (Scott) was prompt, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He was fast, efficient, and he had a great sense of humor. :-) We had two torsion springs replaced, we had the sprocket that drives the chain replaced (something the first company we called said couldn't be done!), and we had the outdoor pad reprogrammed (and Scott showed us how to do that ourselves). Doors West came in at a very competitive price and met the schedule we agreed to. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional and finished the job in the time they committed to. I am extremely pleased and would hire them again and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Great folks to work with.

Garage door springs broke yesterday in the afternoon, called Doors West, which was highly recommended on NextDoor app for my area, and was told they can have a tech come out next day at 9am. Scott showed up, on time, and got right to work. He was fast and efficient, and the price is right. My door is so quiet, forgot how pleasant sounding it can be when it's working properly. I will recommend these guys to everyone, thanks for doing such an awesome job.

I had a spring break on my door and called around to a number of places. Scott was able to come out less than 24 hours later and replace them for me. Pricing was very reasonable compared to some other shops and the job was done quickly/professionally. I am very pleased and would recommend them highly.
