Don's TV Service

We bought a Samsung washer and dryer 5 years ago.....we also bought an extended warranty (3rd party apparently) At the first of the year the dyer stopped heating...after spending hours and hours on the phone and two samsung technician trips (1 1/2 hours away) later, basically trying to convince the warranty company and samsung folks we weren't crazy, the warranty company sends "Don's TV Service". Amazing tv repair service! I had an issue with my tv earlier this year and thought I was going to have to replace it, but they were able to get it fixed within a day! I had another issue recently, and I brought my tv back and was able to get it fixed again since it was still under warranty from the previous repair. I will definitely be using them again in the future, and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a television repair!

The service Don & his technicians provided was second to none. I called Assurion on a Monday with a problem with my washer and they had a technician right on it. They got the part and came on Friday to fix it. Did an excellent job and were very efficient, polite & fast. Thank you Don's TV Service and your wonderful techs.
