Could not have been more pleased. Mike and Thomas were thoroughly professional, prompt, and conscientious. Explained everthing and went out of their way to get the job done. Mike was there for day 1 to rod a clog. When he discovered that the backflow valve needed replacement, and the attendant excavation in the front yard, he arranged the schedule to do the work following day. Brought Thomas and they finished in a day. The new valve and cleanouts are far better than the 80s tech that was replaced - no more digging for access

I highly recommend Done Right. They were great to deal with for replacement of my HVAC heat/AC system. I had contact with four different people in the company, all of whom were friendly and professional with good communication. They showed up on time, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I am a senior citizen, and my HVAC system was installed in conjunction with a charitable program that Done Rite participates in, together with American Standard, who donated the unit, and the Pima Council on Aging. There was no charge to me (Done Rite covers the cost of labor, sundry parts, and labor installation) but, my review would be the same, even if I had paid. My sincere appreciation to Done Rite, PCOA, and American Standard. ✝️
