I recently came here to get my phone fixed. I was hesitated about it at first but I had also forgot that the store been here for so many years and I was going to the west side getting my phone fixed because I thought it was reasonable prices , but it’s the same as for here not only the prices are reasonable. Zach and his crew helped me a lot from the beginning to the end letting me know what was damage and what can be fixed and they completely fixed my phone like practically brand-new. I will be back If needed to and I recommend this place 1000% thanks again for all your help and your excellent customer service

Zach got me together my phone was horrible, cracked screen. port not functioning. I was supposed to go to another location but found this location, in all of 30 years my mom lived less than 2 minutes away, I was greeted with professionalism. I didn't have to wait long, the repair was done in less than 30 minutes. I am so glad I went to this location. So again thank you Zach and Eddie you saved me!

Yeah, so over the last couple of days, our spirit, quite a lot of trouble with my telephone. But I was able today to get it corrected. And I'm very satisfied with being with Verizon right now and I thank everybody that helped me through the situation, I had to get through to get my phone operate right, and I had good customer service up at the telephone place that I went to and I want to say thank you and have a great day
