Reviews are easy when everything goes right but what about when almost nothing goes as expected? I personally appreciate the way every challenge was met with a great attitude and resolved professionally. Communication was a key part of our experience. At no time was I “ghosted” nor treated with anything other than absolute respect. Remolding is a stressful thing to do and it makes a huge difference to have a business that never failed to make things right!

Was very disappointed when my husband and I visited yesterday when they were at their old location they had so much more inventory we went looking for an exterior door for our sunroom/porch and when asked where their doors were we were told that they had four in stock only for doors. So since we were there we decided to look at their flooring and asked to see their carpet and they had like six rolls of carpet that was it so inventory was pretty disappointing and I've been waiting to go to their new location for so long and just haven't made it until yesterday and then I was very disappointed once I got there service was great staff was friendly however hopefully they'll get their inventory back up and will be able to shop there again soon with a better selection
