Never repaired nor returned my laptop. Initially lost my computer during transition from prior location to recent location and denied having it. Had my receipt of deposit $70 for proof and assisted to find my computer within all the clutter. Still yet, cracked screen was never repaired and computer never returned. Request to stop calling as once again in denial of having computer. Too bad can’t give less than one star.

Richard is a computer genius. I bumped my laptop and damaged the power switch and base. Thought the unit was doomed. Richard put me at ease, repaired the issue in less than one hour, and charged a fair price.

Richard has years of experience and was a pleasure to deal with. Best customer service I can remember in a long time. I called and he had me bring the system right over to him. He identified and fixed the issue while I waited. I will be bring all my computer repair business to him in the future! I would recommend him to anyone!

This guy is a nightmare. I brought my desktop computer to him for repair because of a display issue. I explained the issue and waited two weeks for any type of diagnosis. I never heard back from him so I went by his office. To my surprise he had taken my ENTIRE computer apart and had it laying in multiple different boxes. When I asked him what was wrong he said he thought it might be my motherboard. I asked if he had checked the graphics card and he told me he had not checked that yet.
