Paul and his team were incredible from the first phone call. Nobody wants to ever use this type of service, but when it does happen, Paul understands the importance of professionalism and security. He assisted us through the whole insurance process, any specifics that we would need to consider, our safety, and even planning for the rebuild in the most effective way. Extremely professional, very detail oriented, did a whole two-story house cleaning of ducts with ease!! Great people to work with! Explained everything throughout the process. Paul was amazing!! I made a post on Facebook looking for someone who deals with mold and I was sent Paul’s way. He was here in 2 days and quickly identified our problem. Extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly down to earth. This isn’t another company just trying to get a check. I highly recommend!
Disaster Masterz was a great company to work with. Mold was discovered from a water leak from the master bathroom shower. Paul and his guys were right on it!!! Great help dealing with the adjusters and insurance company!!! Really watched out for me as a customer!!! His guys packed up my complete house and took care of my possessions as they were their own!!! He worked closely with the contractor also as I was on a time restraint with my HO insurance. They were able to complete all the work and have me back in my house within a little over a month. He also made sure I had an updated mold report for future reference. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs these type of services!!!
