I had issues with my PS5 overheating and they were able to fix the issue which was nice. However, I wish they could have been more transparent about the timeline of when they were going to fix it. I dropped it off on a Thursday and I was told it was going to be fixed either later that day or by Friday. It wasn’t finished until the following week on Monday. Granted they are closed on the weekends but it would’ve been nice to know if it was going to take all weekend before it got looked at. When I finally got it home I noticed a rattling noise. Turns out they had forgot to put back two out of the 4 screws that holds the fan in place. Not only did they forget them and I had to drive back to pick them up, but they were put in the wrong holes and the threads in one of the holes is destroyed. In the other hole there is something at the bottom preventing the screw from going in deep to get tightened down. The timing thing wasn’t too much of a problem but the issues with the screws made me put 2/5 stars.
