I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received today. Our service technician Dornell was early and went directly to work diagnosing what we asked of him. We had been having concerns over our humidifier and the proper way it should be operating considering the frequent changes in our Kansas weather. He was very patient in answer our questions and thoroughly checked out the existing equipment, showing us how it needed to operate at the various temperature changes and making recommendations as to how it could become more efficient. Never once did he give us the oversell and attempt to try and push a lot of unnecessary products on us. He advised us what may be needed in the future and potential costs associated with these. His calm and positive demeanor is exactly what I prefer to see in a sub-contractor when I ask for assistance. I applaud and thank him for this manner of great customer service. Other companies could take a lesson in they way he projected himself and conducted his business. I will certainly use them in the future as the need arises.
