BEWARE AND AVOID!!! All the low ratings speak the truth. I would gladly give 0 stars if that was possible. We had mirrors and shower doors installed throughout a new build. We spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here and have since been treated like garbage. After less than a year many of our mirrors started getting black lines and going bad. After many calls someone finally came out and agreed that we “got a bad batch”. At that time they agreed to change out 3 large mirrors but wanted to “monitor and see how the others progress”. Fast forward a year and the replacement mirrors have started to go bad and the others we were “monitoring” have gotten worse. Now employees are dodging our phone calls, unwilling to even come out and look at the mirrors without a service fee, and stating that a one year warranty is up so “tough luck” and it must be the cleaner we are using on them (we have always followed the recommendations when cleaning since installation). Even our builder is trying to get them to come out and correct their errors. Couldn’t be more unhappy with a company. If you want to avoid headaches and being swindled pick another company.
