We had an emergency, a pipe burst in a greenhouse which is attached to our house ( even though we had heat on in there). There was no way to shut the water off and no one could come out to help us, including the company we have a maintenance contract with. The fire department had to come to shut it off. We had no heat or hot water. After making many calls, we were fortunate to find this company. They were helpful and kind, from the first phone call to Drew coming to our home within the hour and getting the greenhouse fixed until the pipe can be repaired, and our heat and hot water working. They truly do offer emergency service and were so professional and helpful. We are going to switch to them going forward. Thank you so much Drew for coming to our aid in such cold weather. I don’t know what we would have done without your expertise.
