Jason and his team were kind and capable. The only reason I’m giving such a low score is this: I was quoted $1,350 for an estimated 6 hours of labor, permits, hardware, etc. for a 50-amp outlet installation. This was approved, and the installation date was scheduled. Day-of: The labor took 2 hours instead of the estimated 6. When I asked if that would result in a lower invoice, Jason ignored my question and simply sent me the $1,350 invoice and his Venmo link. Even if the price is firm, it would have been nice to understand why or at least not have my question ignored. P.S. I know that he saw my question because he read the message the same day I sent it (verified through read receipts) and replied two days later with the invoice and Venmo link without acknowledging my question at all.
