Deming Helping Hand

To the staff working the register yesterday, Your smile really brightened my day. Thank You for being so kind. Yesterday was my first time walking through the doors since I am new to this community. Immediately I was impressed with the greeting I received at the entrance and how organized it is. I went on to "Just look" . We all know what that means.🤣 I can't say I have a single complaint. I highly recommend Helping Hands for thrift shopping. Enjoy!

Went to drop off some clothes as donation, granted it was after hours and they do have signs posted. I do not have time during their hours to drop donations off so I thought no harm no foul. I was told over the camera that I am very inconsiderate, I don’t know how to read, and that I must be a dumb mother you know what. I simply replied with, “Would you like me to take them?” Gentleman said “yes” and I replied with “Happy Holidays Sir!”. I take accountability for what I did but I in no way believe I deserved to be talked to like that, had he come at me in a completely different way I wouldn’t be writing this review. This man is usually rude but I’ve never had an interaction go to this extent.
