I loved the service, the very excellent service they provided for me and my Ford Flex. They are really good at the method of under promise/over deliver. They took such good care of me and my Ford and the quality of driving my car now is even better than before my previous transmision went bad. My only regret in all of this is that they ONLY do transmissions. I wish they did other parts of car repairs too, because if they did, I'd go to them for every mechanical repair need my car would ever have. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate them some where around 1000! I'm totally serious! They really were that great!

After nearly a year and 8k miles, my Jeep TJ 42rle rebuilt by Dean's Transmissions has performed flawlessly. This jeep is my daily driver and once or twice a year drives across multiple states to offroading destinations (not a trailer queen). It is hard to ask for more out a transmission but so far this one has been perfect. The folks a Dean's were great to work with. They are friendly, the pricing is fair, and the turnaround time was very fast. I am grateful to have an exceptional shop like them around and would highly recommend their service.
