In the midst of consecutive ice and snow storms, along with historically low temperatures, the plaster ceiling in my 1950s home office decided to collapse one afternoon. (Fortunately, I was in the kitchen at the time.) And fortunately, Deacon Restoration is located here in Winston-Salem. They took on the entire restoration process — from removing piles of insulation and installing a new drywall ceiling, insulation and ceiling fan to repainting and thoroughly cleaning up. All in just two amazing days. My home office is now back — and honestly, it’s even better.

Deacon Restoration did an excellent job repairing the water damage in my home. Their team was quick to respond, worked efficiently, and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. They were knowledgeable, respectful of my space, and kept me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made a stressful situation. Deacon Restoration was extremely wonderful! My husband, kids and I came home from our Thanksgiving trip to a flood from our bathroom and main bedroom. I contacted Deacon Restoration right away and Adam was out that same night! It was 8pm on a Sunday! Floors were stripped, and things were already put in place to get the process started! Patrick was great with putting together the estimation for our costs and took great time out with communicating with us! Mike, was great with project management and had the guys out right away once we had everything picked out and ready to begin! Each of them took their time and was great with staying in contact with my husband and I. They did an amazing job and got us back in our house before Christmas! I highly recommend Deacon Restoration!!

Huge shout out to Adam, Daniel and everyone else who helped out. We found some water issues in August. At first we had another company come out and start the process. After having some issues, a friend recommended I call Adam. He came out and assessed what needed to be done, and made it happen. Adam, Daniel and everyone else who worked with them had great communication from the beginning to end, regularly provided updates, double checked to make sure things were how we wanted them, and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Deacon Restoration for any of your restoration needs. Thank you guys for getting us back in our home quickly and for the beautiful new kitchen!
