We had water damage and our HVAC unit had to be removed to get to the damage- Scott came to give us a quote- was very reasonable. His staff worked with our contractors schedules, the crew that came was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help out when other things arose. Scott has answered questions for us after hours and talked me through things. I can’t recommend them enough. Seriously the easiest to work with and excellent customer service. Thanks for all your help!

This experience was at my home, not at the business. My sump pump went out while we were having rainy weather. I called Scott hoping for recommendations on a plumber. To my surprise, he offered to do the replacement. All went smoothly. The new sump pump with battery backup was installed per my schedule and the work was done quickly and professionally. The system works great. This is just another example of the fine work you can expect from Davis Comfort Solutions. I don't think they will ever put sump pump repair on the business card, but no matter what they do it is done right. Note: I have used them several times for more traditional heating/cooling issues.

Today marks the one year anniversary of getting our heating and air unit installed by Davis Comfort Solutions. First, I did get more than 5 quotes from others to compared not only prices but the way the people treated me and all my questions I had. Hands down Scott was the most informative and HONEST person out of all of them. I took his input and did my own research and compared what others had quoted and told me. His knowledge on what would work for our house was dead on!!!! After one year, I have calculated we have saved over 2,000$ in one year, just by going with the unit he picked out for us. The follow up with making sure everything is up and working correctly was wonderful, their consumer service is just pleasant to talk to and work with! We are just over the moon ecstatic with this company. Please if you are reading this, give them a call now. These are your people!!

I had a great experience with Davis Comfort Solutions. Scott spent quite a bit of time doing the bi-annual maintenance work on our air conditioner. I was happy to hear there was no freon leak and we do not yet need a new system, which was what we were told last year by another vendor. He actually said we have a great unit and hopes that we can get many more years out of it. I would highly recommend Davis Comfort Solutions!
