Overall a very good experience. David was calm, collected, and trustworthy. Diagnosed and fixed my brakes on day one and kept his word on pricing. He correctly identified overdue spark plugs and coils as the cause of jerking, which made sense given my mileage and the fact that I drive for Lyft/Uber. The only drawback was communication. Arrival timing on day two wasn’t clearly coordinated, and fees around return visits and part sourcing weren’t fully explained upfront, which led to an extra $50 charge that likely could’ve been avoided. That said, the work was solid, the diagnosis was accurate, and I’d still use him again and recommend him to others.
