Asked him to diagnose the leaks and fix them in my 2011 ecoboost f150. He wound up getting $4200 from my warranty company, and charging me an extra $1300 for things that he claimed my warranty wouldnβt cover and I found out that they would have covered it laterβ¦ Before I even picked it up, I Looked underneath of the truck and seen it still leaking. So I went in to pay for it and told him that it was still leaking. He told me that it was just residue from the previous leak and that he fixed itβ¦ it wound up leaking worse than before. I dropped it off there and running worse as well then before he replaced the transmission. And he replaced it with a transmission that was used probably off of craigslist or something. Told him that I didnβt want to do certain things that he quoted me for and he ignored me for a week and still did them. Then I gave him a second chance to re-diagnose it, and he just told me I needed new spark plugs and coil packs, so I replaced what he told me just to find out that the misfires came back and I took it to a different mechanic who told me that he was just spinning me and that my high-pressure fuel pump was leaking my valve cover gaskets were leaking and now I have gas in my Engine oil so I might have a completely destroyed engine because this guy just wanted to get more work out of me and my warranty company knowing that my warranty would pay for a new engine. I feel like I got robbed and Iβm not sure if itβs him who did the repairs and diagnosis or if it was just his employees, but unless he fixed every issue I had with the leaks that I and my warranty company paid for, I will just continue to report his business to every outlet that I can. The next step is to go onto the BBB website, even though when I went on previously, I couldnβt find his business anywhere in the accredited business domain. Donβt trust this business. They seem to only treat some customers well and others terribly
