I had Davenport install an interior French drain to fix a foundation leak in my daylight basement about 1 year ago. They are VERY expensive. I recommend getting other quotes. I told them I wanted to get additional quotes and they offered a 10% discount if I signed today. Be prepared for that. They do use the high quality material and the end result was acceptable. It did fix my leak issues. I feel Davenport is focused more on the sales pitch and pressure to give 5 star reviews than the work itself. Biggest issues. The demo team broke a major plumbing sewer drain pipe and refused to fix it. It cost me an extra $500 to have a plumber come in and fix it. They didn’t offer to cover this cost or help contact a plumber. They just said, call us back when it’s fixed. It was very frustrating. This wasn’t a hidden pipe either, they jack hammered too close and made up an excuse that it was installed wrong. The plumber said it was common to have a line drain that way. See the pictures. Second issue, they don’t bother draining the sump pump line anywhere. Instead they have it drain 10 feet away from the house and pop-up in the grass. It will just recirculate the group water. Not a true fix imo.
