This is the second time that I have needed their help with an appliance issue. They were able to make an appointment within a reasonable time, and I appreciate the professionalism that Peter had in contacting the home warranty company to let them know his diagnosis of my issue with my microwave. Peter was also very knowledgeable and efficient helping me understand more also about differences in brands.

I really appreciated the information he shared that will help me choose my next washing machine since I decided not to fix mine. Definitely recommend!
Darren from Dave Smith Appliance was amazing! From the moment he arrived, his service was outstanding. It was snowy and wet that day, and he even put shoe covers on so my floors didn’t get muddy, which I was so grateful for. He truly went above and beyond while fixing our refrigerator and was incredibly kind. We’ve had a tough time with our refrigerator lately, but Darren made all of our concerns feel like a breeze.
