Danny's Cycles Mohegan Lake

Last weekend my wife and I visited Danny's cycles in Mohegan Lake and could not have been happier. Ken spent a couple of hours with my wife, fitting her properly to a bicycle that met her needs and budget, and after several test drives out back, helped her to find the perfect bike. Overall Ken was kind, thoughtful and understanding and did not try to upsell us. She got a great bike that Ken tuned up for us while we got lunch nextdoor. The service plan is a great bonus too, if you will need help with flats and general maintenance. This was a great experience overall, highly recommend, 5/5. Thank you Ken and Danny's Cycles!

Customer service by Ken was superb! He’s very knowledgeable and is never trying to push you to buy or upsell you on anything. Ken is always trying to teach you about the products and makes you feel welcomed. Great service!! Would totally recommend Danny’s Cycle in Mohegan Lake because of this guy! I’m loving my trek!

Never been in the store. But ran in to Ken leading an organized group ride with Danny's. Ken was very knowledgeable and cool to chat with. I suspect the quality of service at his shop is just as good!

The team at Danny’s was so kind and informative, They provided their suggestions and recommendations without being too pushy or trying to make you buy something right away.
