Took computer in for screen not working and when it was working too long to boot up due to un-needed programs running in the background upon start-up. He claimed only needed 3 days to diagnose. No calls for updates. Took me every week for 3 weeks calling to find out what was going on. Claimed new screen on backorder. Which wouldn't have been an issue if he communicated why there was a delay. Finally picked up computer 3 weeks later. Screen working but still too long to boot up. Said to meet him at 1pm on Friday for him to look at it again. No show. No call back. Refuses to call back to make arrangements to fix. Disputed with cc. He also didn't give me receipt for service. Had me sign a document stating I was dropping it off but nothing after it was fixed..so he claimed. .He disputed back. Paid $180 for the service. I don't mind paying for the screen and his time but since he doesn't want to completely fix I can't use laptop. Poor service. Find someone that is reliable and honest!
