I reached out to Dam Computer Medic after experiencing the dreaded blue screen on my desktop (that isn't very old). Larry was able to come to my home to pick up my PC within hours of my call and a few days later after some trial and error, the problematic driver that was the cause of this issue was dealt with and my PC is running great again! I highly recommend Dam Computer Medic!

Larry Was wonderful, with many issues with my devices was very prompt, caring, understood, very clear., above the call he was just a phone call away , he is the guy for my devices, he showed great concerned for work well done. His suggestion was very welcome, Larry mades ones feels as if you are his priority at that time. His teaching is out standing. He is the go to computer guy. ๐๐ Thanks

Took computer in for screen not working and when it was working too long to boot up due to un-needed programs running in the background upon start-up. He claimed only needed 3 days to diagnose. No calls for updates. Took me every week for 3 weeks calling to find out what was going on. Claimed new screen on backorder. Which wouldn't have been an issue if he communicated why there was a delay. Finally picked up computer 3 weeks later. Screen working but still too long to boot up. Said to meet him at 1pm on Friday for him to look at it again. No show. No call back. Refuses to call back to make arrangements to fix. Disputed with cc.... I don't mind paying for the screen and his time but since he doesn't want to completely fix I can't use laptop. Poor service. Find someone that is reliable and honest!
