Took my phone to have a cracked screen replaced. Upon pickup my facial recognition no longer works, mind you it worked at drop off!! Informed staff of issue, they offered to put the old screen back on with an additional 20 minute wait. I did not have time to wait. Yes I paid full price to pick up a phone in worse condition than drop off. I would've kept the cracked screen had I known my facial recognition would no longer work! Customer service and good service is everything. They failed at both!!

Crooks!! I paid for these people to fix my screen twice for them not to tell me that my battery was bad. Then the battery pushed my screen out. Got it fixed by them the second never worked right and they said it’s not under warranty because the battery pushed it out and they told me about it the first time. I wouldn’t have paid for a second or first screen without getting the battery fixed if that was the case. Now they want to charge me for another screen mind u I didn’t even know they was putting none apple fake glass and none apple fake battery in my phone. So now my screen jumps everywhere chooses its own stuff and it keeps saying the bat... Read full review
