I wanted to really love these guys cause they were super nice and got me in right away and got me a really good deal on new tires, however, I took my car to them a few weeks ago and asked them to check out the shaking wheel and front end, also the hard veering to the right. They "checked it out" and informed me that there was no issue, got me set up with some new tires (thank you for that part) said they were going to realign everything and sent my on my way. Unfortunately, after I left the lot the issue I took it in for didn't go away, i was like okay maybe it'll fix itself and sadly it didn't so I gave them a call to rectify the situation and they never called me back, and yes, I waited a week or two for them to call back. I hate leaving bad reviews but, they really didn't leave me an alternative. I then took it to the dealer who informed me that my tires were "severely out of balance" and after they fixed that everything is smooth, so had they just fixed it or if they had given me a call back to fix their error, then they would have gotten a different review.
