Todd was very courteous, prompt and thorough. He replaced my water heater, explained the process, and cleaned up afterward. I was very pleased with the price and would highly recommend him.

Called on a kitchen sink problem and talked with Todd about the issue. Todd was very professional during our conversation and agreed to fixing the issue on Saturday of a holiday weekend. Todd kept in contact with me and arrived on time fixed problem and cleaned work area up before leaving. Excellent job and a very fair price. Will use Cut Rate again if or when other plumbing problems arise.
