Custom Transmission

Called and talked to Cheryl and asked if they would rebuild my transmission she replied we don't do bench work I said you don' rebuild transmissions? she said we don't do bench work and hung up on me. She was very rude!!!

Had my transmission blow on a trip and had to take it to them they sounded great but when I flew back out to get it within an hour of driving the transmission started acting up and when I got it home to take to a local shop they didn’t warranty anything at all so on top of the 6k they already charged I then had to replace a bunch of stuff that the shop said didn’t even look like custom transmission even did anything to so I had to spend another 3k to fix that. Worst shop I’ve ever had to deal with

What a joke. Not sure why you would have the name "Custom". It should be basic services. The lady who answered the phone told me she cannot order parts for my transmission for a possible rebuild. And actually all I needed was a filter change. I called some kid from Idaho and he came to my house the same day and got it done. He even went as far as looking up a rebuild kit online and quoted me a price. My Father was right, there is no such thing as customer service anymore.
