Called these guys to get an estimate. Guy answered the business phone “Hello”. So I had ask if he was Flooring LA. He said “I busy onsite”. I said, ok should I go to your shop? He said “what are looking for”. I said “Floors, you do floors right?” Guy said “I don’t know why you are talking to me like this”. So glad we got this out early. I’d never hire anyone this incompetent to even answer a business phone call. Do your self a favor and look for a qualified company
Super communicative, navigated our very damaged old floors graciously and did not go over quoted price. I would recommend Yuri to anyone who needs floors refinished for a fair price.
