The service tech arrived within an hour of my calling for help. He was friendly, explaining everything I needed to know. And had the heating unit up and running and less than hour. Cost was very reasonable. Will recommend Cummins in the future

Needed to address a possible sweating duct in the garage. Cummins sent Phil promptly to review the issue and we agreed we needed to change the duct insulation. I was provided with a quote for the entire job - tear in, insulation replacement and clean up/haul off. Jim and Brandon and Tyler showed up right on time in the morning. I reviewed the issue with them and they proceeded with the work. All three of them were very diligent, polite and great to work with. Cummins has been a great reliable company to keep our heaters and air conditioning running when we need help! Thankful for what they do!

2 techs came out a week ago, serviced the A/C, but there was a leak in the line so by the weekend no cooling. Owner came out Saturday morning w/o charge. Monday morning 4 techs showed up, resolved the leak issue and now it's working better than before.
