Needed to address a possible sweating duct in the garage. Cummins sent Phil promptly to review the issue and we agreed we needed to change the duct insulation. I was provided with a quote for the entire job - tear in, insulation replacement and clean up/haul off. Jim and Brandon and Tyler showed up right on time in the morning. I reviewed the issue with them and they proceeded with the work. All three of them were very diligent, polite and great to work with. Jim especially spent quite some time after they opened up the area to see if he could find any other potential sources for the water. He wasn’t there to “just do the work and be done” - he went beyond to ensure they understood and resolved the underlying problem. I truly appreciated that additional concern and work ethic! Their boss Jason stopped by too to oversee the work and we had a good conversation. The three guys got the insulation replaced (even with some hard to access/reach sections), had the area fully cleaned up and Jim checked with me before leaving to ensure I was satisfied. Overall, I was very happy with their attitude, ethic and the actual work. Great job fellas! And it is clear Cummins is a well run company with a customer centric approach. Would highly recommend them without hesitation! Thanks to all involved!
