I just had my first floor renovated, including all new flooring, paint and a full kitchen remodel by Cumberland Kitchen & Bath and couldn’t be more pleased with everything. I am very satisfied and was so impressed with the customer service and professionalism from start to finish. My talented designer, Teresa, made the process so easy from coming to my home to take measurements to picking out all the products in store to addressing all my concerns and wishlist. The construction crew was amazing and all the subcontractors were professional, courteous and came exactly when they were scheduled to do so, all meticulously orchestrated behind t... We are very happy with our two remodeled bathrooms; we are finally out of the 1980s! The staff at Cumberland Kitchen and Baths was great to work with from the design phase to addressing final details. As with any big project, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, the staff was always reassuring and resolved each issue promptly. See the before and after photos to appreciate the transformation.

We met with our designer, Teresa, who worked closely with us on all the details of the project and then coordinated with Barbara and Rita on the implementation. Everyone was organized and responsive, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
