We were stuck. End of the gravel road recent snow and no furnace. We’d tried what we knew but could not stop the short cycle and temps in home in low 50s. We called and they happen to be not too far away. Ben had worked in our remote area and he came right away and fixed our issue and we bought some extra parts for the next issue that could happen with an older furnace. Thanks for you help! I can't speak highly enough of the quality of service that Cross Winds Heating and Cooling has provided. Ben is a person I trust 100% and has my best interest in mind in the work he has done for me. I had him install two furnaces and two air conditioners. They have worked flawlessly and are much better than the 20 year old units they replaced. The cost savings on the monthly electric bill has been significant.
