Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Cross Construction, in fact it was terrible. They were very professional, giving us the quote and we trusted them 100% because it is Cross Construction, which indicated to us they were honest. They replaced our driveway and I will say the workmanship was good. We had our P gravel walkway replaced, they did a good job except for the sourcing of the P gravel, which left rust stains every time it rains. In all fairness, they did try and fix it several times, but as I said earlier every time it rains, the rust comes back. It is worse now more than ever. When people come to our house, they make comments asking what happened, and our neighbor recently asked if we’ve been turned into the HOA? Unfortunately, because they won’t make it right we have to replace the front walkway on our own dime. Every time I walk out front and see the rust I am furious.

CCS and Parker did magnificent work replacing my sidewalk, driveway, patio and patio cover. From planning through completion, every detail mattered and everyone took the time to explain every step, answer every question and even make adjustments along the way. Drainage was a huge issue before and the team did extraordinary work to make sure the new solution solved these problems. They take immense pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend them to anyone considering new concrete or new patio covers. The result is amazing and I can now enjoy spaces that I couldn't before. Everything was easy thanks to CCS and Parker. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and with the results. What's here now greatly increases the value of my property and I know it is going to last.
