Don’t go here if you’ve been in an accident. First off, The Tow truck took 6 hours to pick up my car and this place lied over and over saying the driver would be there within 1 hour. 6 hours later they finally got there. Then, shortly after picking up my car after the repair, I saw that someone connected to my Bluetooth audio and blew out my speakers. They said they would investigate but still haven't gotten back to me. They are nice people and it was a decent repair, but I would NOT trust these people again.
My insurance recommended this place as it’s a vender they work with. I was sad to not have my car for 2 weeks, BUT the quality of how my car looks now was definitely worth the wait. It looks brand new, even better than how I originally bought it! I do appreciate the lifetime warranty they give you. Overall, great work and very nice staff.
Not the greatest experience and very disappointed with the work and customer service. I brought my car over to them since they are one of my insurance preferred vendor. Let me just say…. They work to make the adjuster/insurance happy and not for the customer who hired them!!!
Whatever you do, do not sign the direction of pay. Make sure you are completely satisfied before taking off. They will tell you anything just to get you out the door. The first time they called me to pick up the car I was extremely disappointed with the work to the point I left my car there. Received a call a week/week an a half later asking me when I was going to pick up the car. I arrive and the car still had a few things that needed fixing. Now, I am still waiting for a call from a month and a half ago from the Supervisor who told me he was going to order some pieace and have me come back to finish the work the next week.
Not to mention, they charged my insurance company almost $11,000 for nothing but used parts and labor…. They only worked on two doors.
Now, I have a door that doesn't shut all the way “sealed”. Every time I drive I hear nothing but loud wind through the door. They are great at brushing you off making you think you are crazy and not caring about the concerns of the shitty job they provided and the damages caused.
Please don't try calling now after I've been waiting for a call for over a month an a half.
Crash Champions were great, always kept us up to date on the progress. They were very professional and did an amazing job in a short amount of time. My wife’s car was repaired to perfection. Loos like it never had any damage.. Life time warranty a plus.
