My home warranty company assigned them to my claim on a Monday. They were supposed to come the next day… I took off work and never heard from them. I called them multiple times and the warranty called multiple times and they did not answer. I wasted a full day off. I called my warranty on Wednesday morning and they finally got them on the phone. Magically they called me. I told them that they had to come on a Saturday because I could not take off work again. The owner told me they would contact me on Friday to set up a time. Guess what… no call!!! I called my warranty company Saturday morning and they told my warranty company that they would be here between 11-1. At 2 I called my warranty company telling them that they had not showed up and will not answer my calls. The warranty company called and could not get them to answer. I would not refer Cozy Solutions to my worst enemy!!!! This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable!!!! How can you run a business and not even have the common courtesy to answer a call or even just tell the truth?!?!?!?! I own a small business and I would never ignore a customer!!!!
