My home warranty company assigned them to my claim on a Monday. They were supposed to come the next day… I took off work and never heard from them. I called them multiple times and the warranty called multiple times and they did not answer. I wasted a full day off. I called my warranty on Wednesday morning and they finally got them on the phone. Magically they called me. I told them that they had to come on a Saturday because I could not take off work again. The owner told me they would contact me on Friday to set up a time. Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. My two sons are both in the phase of “let’s flush everything down the toilet” and decided to flush a toy. Anthony was able to unclog it and remove the mini fireman action figure that made its way down the pipes. He was very friendly and provided very fast service! I highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs!

My shower and bathroom sink constantly had clogging issues. I had issues with water pooling in my shower for months! Anthony cleared it up right away, and I am so thankful!!! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly and efficiently! I absolutely recommend hiring him for all your plumbing needs! You will not regret it! 10/10!!

My warranty company contacted Cozy Solutions for a water heater leak in the attic. They called promptly and scheduled to come out the next day between 9 and 1. At 1:30 I started calling them, I left a message. Called them a couple of more times. 2 hours later called the warranty company and let them know. They called Cozy Solutions with no luck. Around 7 I had to call the warranty company back to let them know that I never heard back from Cozy Solutions and they contacted another company to come out. Will not recommend Cozy Solutions.
