I had a regular fireplace inspection and cleaning done, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Chance, the service technician, was incredibly thorough, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire appointment. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was operating safely and efficiently. What really stood out was the follow-up. Chance reached out the very next day with the correct sand and even showed me how to properly use and maintain it. That level of care and customer service is rare, and truly appreciated. Highly recommend—excellent service from start to finish!

We were very pleased with the great service we received from the work that was done by this company. Duke is very knowledgeable with all types of fireplaces and inserts. He and his co worker were very friendly and courteous during their time here working on and cleaning our fireplace insert. They answered all questions that we had for them, and they thoroughly cleaned up the area in which they were working.
